Hello,
what is the different from a 10.3 rpm and a 11.0 rpm ?
RPM files in 11.0 uses now Lzma Payload. It was announced some time ago. The rpm binary in older distributions can't open such rpm files because they use old bzip2 decompression only. Update of rpm package from Factory in 10.3 would fix that. If you can't open rpm files in mc within 11.0 then it is a bug. Regards Ladislav.
I can open on a 10.3 System, the 10.3 rpm's Files with mc (CONTENTS.cpio) ;).
After Update the cpio / mc rpm from Factory (with build)
I can open from Factory the *.src.rpm file, But I have a error when I open from Factory the rpm Files (CONTENTS.cpio), bad end of File ?
Have I to do any other updates?
On a Beta2 System I have no Problem to open a rpm from 11.0 ?
