Currently not (maybe in openSUSE 11 :O). But the source 'installation' is not a big deal... just copies the tarball into /usr/src/packages/SOURCES IIRC and the spec file into SPECS.
Why don't you simply download it? I believe you have it here:
It's much more convenient to write zypper si packagename than to search for it on some URL in a browser.
