right click in the icon of the device and select "properties..." there you can 
change mount path, and other stuff.

Also, even if you can change the mount options, stuff like the mount path is 
not really worth to change, as you always have /dev/disk/by-id 
and /dev/disk/by-uuid to identify a device if you want to mount it yourself 
(from a backup script, for example )
