Will there be a patch to update from beta 9 to rc1?
On 4/11/06, Andreas Jaeger
I just want to update you about the SUSE Linux 10.1 RC1 status.
We've just build our second internal test build today - and checked in a couple of fixes that we found today.
The bugs we're hunting down where: * During installation on x86-64, a conflict arose due to a proposal containing a package both as i386 and x86-64. * A similar problem happend during update with splitted packages * The online update at the end of installation installed on x86-64 a i586 version of suspend. * The installation sources were not registered at the end of the installation. * Showing which server was added as update server
We fixed also some other issues in handling of patches and added some more translations. Hope that our testing will not show additional problems so that we can release RC1 on thursday,
