Yo tengo puesto en "config.ttyS0" el "areacode" con "91" y el "countrycode" con "34" y no tengo ningún problema ni en el envío ni en la recepción. Aquí suelen enviar faxes tanto a España, Europa o América y no tienen ningún problema (nunca se han quejado).
Los números de fax se marcan con o sin guiones con el siguiente formato:
EE.UU: 001305351236 Europa: 00442070003658 Sudamérica: 00551138836552
No veo dónde está el problema de definir el código que quieras :-)
