Hi James and project members.
I just wanted to post a message of congratulations and encouragement. Your hard work is not going unnoticed. I am a Network Specialist with a K-12 school district in upstate NY ( http://oacsd.org ). We are SERIOUSLY exploring the potential of switching to Suse Linux (Novell SLED 10) on the desktop and utilizing the OpenSuse Education project software bundle. I have been adding your package to all my prototype test builds and have been pleased with the progress. I hope to have some prototype desktop builds for teachers to "play" with sometime in the future.
Keep up the good work.

Erik, Welcome to the fold, I am as I write in Delhi, NY for the 2-3-98 FOSS conference , I am presenting on Linux deployment in K12. I hope you have engaged to be here. My hope and aim for this project was that every school that desired a modern network with software written to meet scholastic needs had an opportunity to do so.
