Ahhh, here's the clever bit - it _does_ have to be a M$ licence "unless the Device" - the remote end - " ... for the Product" the Product _is_ the M$ product, which the licence is all about, not the product used per se.
This is madness. I know nothing about law so excuse my ignorance but what does this mean. Do you have to have a License to access IIS. What about Apache under XP. Next thing, M$ require licenses to make any type of TCP/IP connection to an XP machine, I can see this happening. This really reminds me of that scene from Star Wars. The more you tighten your grip governer the more systems will fall through your fingers. If I remember rightly the rebels won there. ----- Matt
