I am just configuring a number of Suse 7.3 machines on our (currently) NT4.0 network however they stubbornly refuse to work with DHCP, however static IP`s are fine. The DHCP server is running on NT 4. What I would like to know is:- How do I make Suse look up a IP etc from the NT server. Can I use the info in the NT 4 wins server to create DNS info for the Linux machines? I am considering moving DNS & DHCP to linux in the future, but would like to get things working with NT for now. Any help gratefully received! Rob Keeling Network Manager Queen Elizabeth`s Grammar School Ashbourne
