Previously I've sent stuff back to and they have listened to some of it. Other times they've had a good giggle :) The q key was one of the things that completely crippled me for six months. No one understood why I couldn't use man pages and no one was interested in helping. I s'pose a page that listed these things might help ? Thanks -- Richard
