Ich hab einen bugreport aufgemacht.
Mal unabhängig was bei Deinem Bug-Report raus kommt, zeige ich Dir hier, wie ich das Problem gelöst habe. Ich meine mich nämlich erinnern zu können, den Teil "... unexpected output (118 bytes) to STDOUT/STDERR ..." schon mal bei mir gesehen zu haben und ich weiß, dass ich die Geschichte innerhalb der DEVICESCAN-Zeile so nicht hin bekommen habe. Ich kommentiere deshalb "alle" DEVICESCAN-Zeilen aus und lege für jedes DEVICE eine eigene Zeile am Ende der Datei smartd.conf an in der Art: /dev/sda -a -d ata -o on -S on -s (S/../.././02|L/../../6/03) \ -m root@localhost -M test -M daily /dev/sdb -a -d ata -o on -S on -s (S/../.././02|L/../../6/03) \ -m root@localhost -M test -M daily /dev/sdc -a -d ata -o on -S on -s (S/../.././02|L/../../6/03) \ -m root@localhost -M test -M daily Das erzeugt bei jedem Rechner-Start eine "Test-Mail" - man weiß also, das smartd werkelt und funktioniert bei mir dann auch so seit Jahren.
