Die folgenden habe ich schon mehrmals rausgelöscht "Debian- LINUX 9.3 (/dev/hdd6), anscheinend wird das ganze immer wieder von neuem eingetragen. Wie kann ich das endgültig löschen?
Warum löschen, wenn es tatsächlich vorhanden ist?

bis dahin ist nichts falsch; jetzt kommt aber was, wo Du unbedingt Ordnung rein bringen mußt.

Grundsätzlich nicht falsch, aber untypisch. Ich würde für SL 10.0 eintragen: kernel (hd0,5)/boot/vmlinuz root=/dev/hda6 selinux=0 resume=/dev/hda5 splash=verbose showopts initrd (hd0,5)/boot/initrd

Das kann so bleiben, wenn auf hda7 tatsächlich Debian drauf ist.

Das ist zweifach belegt - sehr unwahrscheinlich. Entweder Debian oder Kanotix! hda7 kann nur einmal auftauchen. Wenn Du hda7 löschen willst, dann mit dem Kommandozeilenprogramm fdisk. Jedenfalls muß einer von den beiden Einträgen raus aus der menu.lst.

Ja, was denn nun, SL 9.3 auf hdd5 oder hdd6? Oder ist Version 9.3 etwa 2 mal installiert oder eventuell aufgeteilt in / und /irgendwas?

Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, ist SL 10.0 auf hda6. Dann kann es nicht auf hdd8 noch mal sein! (?)
