Hmm würde mal in der /etc/postfix/transport reinschauen ob der User darin auftaucht.

Zeig doch mal aus /var/log/mail den Teil von wo die Mail ankommt bis zu der Fehlermeldung.

Das ist nur die bounce-Nachricht. Die ursprüngliche Nachricht würde mich interessieren. Was mich allerdings wundert ist, dass dort nix von cyrus steht. Hast Du die Config in letzter Zeit geändert und Postfix weiss noch nix davon?
