Kommandozeile ausprobiert?
Oder vielleicht, weil es "billiger" ist: Was sind die Ausgaben, wenn
du in einem Terminal 'cdrecord -checkdrive dev=0,0,0' und/oder
'cdrecord -prcap dev=0,0,0' ausführst?
