Rüdiger hat aber Recht, die Serial failed Numbers sagen aus,daß dein DesktopNicht unter 24 bit läuft. Hast Du den X-Server per Strg-Alt-Backspace neu gestartet oder per Reboot ? Wenn nicht,dann versuch das erst nochmal bitte. Sollte es das nicht sein, so hast Du ein Problem. Dann passen die beteiligten Libraries nicht zusammen. MfG Andi

hm.. ich habe wie dort beschrieben die Farbtiefe von 16 auf 24 Bit hochgestellt. Aber es funktioniert trotzdem nicht... Auflösung. Schau mal unter Yast nach ob der Desk auch 800x600 anzeigen darf, sollte dies nicht deine Standardauflösung sein.
Hast du vielleicht noch eine Idee?
