ich habe manuell das rpm k_deflt2.4.18-290 für suse 8.0 runtergeladen und mittels rpm -Uhv installiert. bei der installation kam schon der folgende fehler:
Fatal: open /boot/boot.b: No such file or directory
wenn ich jetzt manuell /sbin/lilo ausführe, kommt die gleiche meldung.
# rpm -qf /boot/boot.b lilo-21-43 Also lilo nochmal installieren. -dnh -- If you haven't got time to RTFM, you haven't got time to whine on this mailing list.
