Taucht es denn in der Prozessliste auf und verbraucht Rechenzeit? Funktioniert wenigstens "YaST2 --help"?

Steht irgendwas unter "/var/log/YaST2" ?
Das gibt es bei mir nicht. Bei mir gibt es aber folgendes: es:/var/log # ll [...] -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 138317 Oct 23 12:04 y2ftp -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 627607 Jan 5 02:36 y2log -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 396555 Oct 23 12:10 y2log.SuSEconfig -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 0 Oct 23 11:49 y2logMount -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 12584 Oct 23 12:09 y2logRPM -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1978 Oct 23 12:09 y2logRPMShort -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 309 Aug 13 2002 y2start.log -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 236 Aug 13 2002 y2start.log-initial Wenn ich versuche ein ein "tail y2log" zu machen passiert auch nichts. Vermutlich ist das dass Problem. Ich kann mir y2log einfach nicht ansehen. Mit vim geht's auch nicht. Gleiches gilt auch für y2ftp. Jetzt verstehe ich gar nichts mehr :-( Bastian
