I took one NIC so I am having only one NIC which connected to the ADSL Modem. I configured the NIC with Yast2 as follows : IP : 192.168.22.1 subnet : 255.255.255.0 gateway : 0.0.0.0 DNS1 : 145.253.2.11 DNS2 : 145.253.2.75 And then I configure my DSL with Yast2 too.
So the LAN NIC is eth0, the DSL NIC is eth1?
SuSE Meta pppd (smpppd-ifcfg), Version 1.00 on proxy. We are disconnected. trying to connect to smpppd could not connect to smpppd Interface is eth0.
Maybe pppd uses the wrong NIC? -- Andreas Feile www.feile.net
