Habe jetzt eine Mail vom The HylaFAX Receive Agent bekommen. Sie lautet: --schnipp-- Subject: modem on /dev/ttyS1 appears wedged

The HylaFAX software thinks that there is a problem with the modem on device /dev/ttyS1 that needs attention; repeated attempts to initialize the modem have failed.

Consult the server trace logs for more information on what is happening. --schnapp-- Aus /usr/share/doc/packages/hylafax/README.SuSE:

Change the GettyArgs in your /var/spool/fax/etc/config.modem as follows: GettyArgs: "-r -b -s %s %l" Vielleicht hilft das ja dem Modem auf die Sprünge. Mein Zyxel nimmt seitdem auch Faxe entgegen. Gruß Jens
