What is missing in the list? Moving and transporting stuff from Nue to Prague, setting up the Venue which needs to be organized but can wait till September. If you have some comments/feedback/want to pickup any TODO item, let me know ;-)

What is still missing is FUTURE MEDIA track, have few e-mails to read about that to catch up with current status. After that I'll write another report ;-)
