It doesn't work that way. If you know the name (or can guess), you can source the packages anyway. Also, publishing would be public no matter what. The feature is mainly there for private instances where there may be sensitive projects that shouldn't be trivially accessible.
Thanks for the response. Well in github even if you know the name you still can not access it if it is private and it should be possible acl /meta cfg etc, but I understand that this would require lots of resources to implement.
