Where are those hashsums comming from?

The first one is generated on the worker for the received sources.
The second one is sent from the dispatcher to the worker as part
of the buildinfo (verifymd5).

You could check the verifymd5:

"http://<SOURCESERVER>:5352/getprojpack?withsrcmd5&project=<PROJECTNAME>&package=<PACKAGENAME>"

This is how the scheduler gets the current source information.
