First of, maybe this might answer some of your questions. It's how I
got started:
While you are in the kernel-vanilla directory, using "osc results"
should give some infos.
Or browsing to >
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:doiggl/kernel-vanilla
which shows build errors, main reason being that nothing provides
pesign-obs-integration...
