This fails with:
* Failed to add project or repository: unable to walk on path
'home:e9925248:grandorgue/'

You have also specified the repository name? (not only project name?)

In that case it looks like a webui bug.

* I visit
https://build.opensuse.org/project/repositories?project=home%3Ae9925248%3Agrandorgue%3Anoopt
* Then I click on edit repository
(https://build.opensuse.org/project/edit_repository?project=home%3Ae9925248%3Agrandorgue%3Anoopt&repository=xUbuntu_13.04)
* Then I click on Add additional path to this repository
(https://build.opensuse.org/project/add_repository?project=home%3Ae9925248%3Agrandorgue%3Anoopt&torepository=xUbuntu_13.04)
* Then I enter "home:e9925248:grandorgue" as repository. The repository
drop-down is already filled with xUbuntu_13.04

Pressing "Add path" yields to this error: "Failed to add project or repository:
unable to walk on path 'home:e9925248:grandorgue/'" (OS

Firefox of Debian 7.0 stable.

It looks like the JS is disabling the target distribution drop-down, although
it is not empty => it fails to pass the target distribution.
