Why at the bottom? Now the user must scroll to the bottom of various sized pages to access common navigation actions. I found it first unintuitive, and later rather annoying. May I ask what link in the footer you're clicking so often that you find it annoying to press End? The watched projects are in the header - as are "my requests".
"My Projects", "Projects", "Search" As an admin - "Status Monitor" is used a lot. "Home Project" as well, but I see that this is accessed by clicking on the login name at the top right. I notice depending on where you are in the UI one can quickly get to these locations with a simple click if you find the right item to click on, but it is not consistent across the complete site. For instance, "Projects" can be accessed directly from the main landing page via an icon/link in the middle of the page ("List All Projects"). Then from within any project, you can get back the the project list by clicking on the "Build Service > Projects" link at the top right. Maybe it's just a matter of getting use to the new UI and the most efficient way to navigate from any specific view you are currently in. Another dropdown next to "Watchlist" with the links under "User:" and "Locations" currently in the footer plus maybe a link to a top-level "Help" page would be nice for an easy to access and consistent interface for these links. -Scott -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-buildservice+help@opensuse.org
