It looks like the api doesn't output the correct XML for package attributes: namespace and name are not split.
For example, I get: <attribute name="OBS:Screenshots"> for a package while I get: <attribute namespace="OBS" name="Screenshots"> for a project.
The attached patch is untested but I think it should fix it :-)
erm, right, that does not fit ....
