The web ui for my project shows that three packages have been built, but the web repository only shows two, and old versions. Is there a latency between when projects are built and uploaded, or is my project somehow out of sync?
yes and this depends on the load of the server. Also, packages only get synced when the entire repository has no building/scheduler packages anymore.
