thanks for the info.

I am looking for cross compiling the libaio to generate a libaio.a for
ARM platform.

the contents of the rpm have a prebuilt libaio.a.

In the libaio*devel RPM you can find /usr/include/libaio.h
/usr/lib/libaio.a files.
