I think this is just a warning. Anyway, is that rpm really bad?
Try 'rpm --checksig <rpm>'. Maybe it's a permission problem, can
user obsrun access the rpm?

$ rpm --checksig
/srv/obs/build/openSUSE\:10.2/standard/i586/\:full/aaa_base-10.2-38.i586.rpm
error: /srv/obs/build/openSUSE:10.2/standard/i586/:full/aaa_base-10.2-38.i586.rpm:
not an rpm package
$ ll /srv/obs/build/openSUSE\:10.2/standard/i586/\:full/aaa_base-10.2-38.i586.rpm
-rw-r--r-- 1 obsrun obsrun 137596337 Mar 20 14:11
/srv/obs/build/openSUSE:10.2/standard/i586/:full/aaa_base-10.2-38.i586.rpm
