Yes, the build service should try to run all postinstall scripts
of the preinstalled package. It just causes lots of errors. They
can safely be ignored, all the packages get re-installed
afterwards. It's just done to get dpkg working.

Yes, I looked at pbuilder, but couldn't use it. I don't remember
the exact reasons, though.
