You can find some older kernels in my OBS repo, e.g. home:tiwai:kernel:5.0, home:tiwai:kernel:4.19, etc. If you have some time and gut, give it a try to see which kernel starts regression.

Now I think the problem is not in kernel. The error is same at Tumbleweed with kernel from Leap 15.1. Full system Leap 15.1 works OK (boot from instalation flash). See my previous message (2019-09-01 10:18:14 UTC). I do not know what komponent can make problem (udev, systemd ?) and if downgrade of that komponent is harmless for my system. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
