There is no "certbot" package, it's either python2-certbot (the default
afaict) and python3-certbot.

okay then please post `zypper info python2-certbot`

python2-urllib3 is the latest "1.25.3-4.1"

looks good.

$ ls -lh /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/urllib3/packages/ssl_match_hostname
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 34 21. Jun 09:49
/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/urllib3/packages/ssl_match_hostname ->
../../backports/ssl_match_hostname

Okay then we additionally need the output of the following commands:

4) `python2 -c "import urllib3"`
5) `zypper info python2-backports.ssl_match_hostname`
6) `ls -ld /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/backports/ssl_match_hostname`
7) `ls -l /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/backports/ssl_match_hostname`
