openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-NET-x86_64-update_13.2@64bit fails
in

Looks like a file conflict between python-numpy and python3-numpy:
/usr/bin/f2py seems to exist in both packages.
And both packages seem to get installed when calling
zypper -n in salt-master salt-minion
