Thank you for your bug report. This is not something strictly security
related, however, it's just a regular malfunction. Sadly we don't have
a designated maintainer for certbot it seems.

Did you do a full distribution upgrade of Tumbleweed before testing this? The
actual error seems to be located in python-urllib3 and I can't easily
reproduce this kind of error on my current Tumbleweed system.

Can you please post the output of

1) `zypper info certbot`
2) `zypper info python2-urllib3`
3) `ls -lh
/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/urllib3/packages/ssl_match_hostname`

Maybe we can then get closer to the source of the problem.
