As Mark Gannon notes, the problem is that the kernel modules are not always
built when the kernel changes. At the moment, it is not clear if this is a
problem in the VB spec file, or a bug on OBS.

In any case, vboxdrv.sh does have the bug noted. When you try to start a VM,
the correct solution is noted in the popup, namely that the user needs to run
/sbin/vboxconfig as root. I have modified vboxdrv.sh to execute this command
rather than "setup". Whether that will help depends on whether the user has
installed all the prerequisites, but at least the "systemctl status vboxdrv"
output will have the answer.
