It might be related to an issue that is fixed in Leap 15.1, can you try to
reproduce the issue there?

I have the same problem with Leap 15.1 (and never had it before with leap
42.3).

Some time (longer than in 43.2) after the login I'm requested to enter the
wallet password. But no connection is estabilshed.
When going to "Network connections setup" (the right click at the network icon)
under the WiFi security tab I see that no password is present even so I have
stored an encrypted password for the WiFi connection. In the log journal I see
lines with:
"plasma-nm: bool SecretAgent::processGetSecrets(SecretsRequest&) const Waiting
for the wallet to open".

After several minutes the WiFi connection is established (this means the wallet
has been opened, and under the security tab (see above) the password shows up.
