As requested acpidump

This machine doesn't have 61EF69EA-865C-4BC3-A502-A0DEBA0CB531 for getting
device state, but it has 676AA15E-6A47-4D9F-A2CC-1E6D18D14026 GUID for wmi
event. So the acer-wmi driver be loaded on issue machine but driver can not set
initial rfkill state.

The strange thing is that acer-wmi should not set soft-block to wifi because it
can not get device state through 61EF69EA WMI method. Which means that the
soft-block should be non-blocked when system initial.

As Walter's suggestion on comment#1, could you please help to try the latest
kernel from stable repo?

Thanks
