The reasonable solution: add e2fsprogs to the jeos image.

The JeOS image does not include yast2-bootloader itself, openQA installs that
as part of the test.
Adding packages just because the user might install something depending on it
is not a reasonable solution.

So you need to make sure that "zypper in yast2-bootloader" installs everything
necessary for it to actually work or YaST could install the dependency itself
on the first start of the module.
