Same problem here, btrfsmaintenance-refresh.service takes 32 seconds at boot,
every time. The system does not have any btrfs partition.
As a user, I don't want to waste boot time for a service related to a
filesystem type I do not use. btrfsmaintenance-refresh.service should not be
enabled when there is no btrfs filesystem. Ideally the whole set of btrfs
utilities should not even be installed in that case.
Is this something which should be done by the yast2 partitioner/installer?
