This is strange. I think something has been broken on that system.

It seems the "salt" user is not available, and this is needed (and actually
created) when installing the "salt" package.

If the user "salt" is not available on the system, I would expect such
specific "salt" message.

I don't know what happened on that system, but there are lot of other errors
(not salt related) so maybe the update didn't run smoothly and the system
got into an inconsistent state.

I think the only error that makes systemd-tmpfiles fail is the one about the
missing "salt" user, the other ones are "only" warnings about the use of
/var/run paths which is obsolete.

BTW while we are at it, salt is one these packages which are still using

[/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/salt.conf:2] Line references path below legacy directory
/var/run/, updating /var/run/salt → /run/salt; please update the
tmpfiles.d/ drop-in file accordingly.

Can you please fix this up ?
