Is there anything running when the bug happens? Maybe there are some
software sending wrong requests to kernel and leads such log, maybe you can
find what will run automatically when you insert your usb drive.

Typically it happens when updating the kernel (bootloader):
mkinitrd───update-bootload───config───config───grub2-mkconfig───30_os-prober───30_os-prober─┬─os-prober───os-prober─┬─blkid

The question is not whether software sends bad requests (software _can_ do);
the question is how the kernel should react. The noises sound as if the
hardware of the BluRay burner (the "CD" in my case) is going to be damaged,
and that should not be allowed by the kernel!
