The container is built in https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory:Containers/opensuse... tumbleweed-image against openSUSE:Factory:ARM/standard and published directly from there to opensuse/tumbleweed.

This means that the packages are most of the time out of sync with the repos and in fact not openQA tested.

There is work going on to build the container in the main project and release it with the usual TW process, but that needs quite some work and changes in OBS.
