Running YaST in a container does not make much sense. Usually the container is
configured directly in the initial image (using Dockerfile, kiwifile, ....) and
not installed with YaST.
I consider this as an unsupported scenario, the container environment is
completely different. E.g. systemd not running, so even when you install mysql
you cannot start it via usual "systemctl start mysql".

Yes, of course I agree with the usual expected use cases of containers.
However, my question is: Should we somehow even prevent the installation of
yast modules?
We cannot prevent someone to shoot his/her feet.
So I'd close this bug as invalid.
