http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1110251 Bug ID: 1110251 Summary: Terminal applications cannot communicate with other programs called in within Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: Leap 15.0 Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE Workspace (Plasma) Assignee: opensuse-kde-bugs@opensuse.org Reporter: kacper.pluta@gmail.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- While working with neovim and nvr (called from okular) I have noticed that these two cannot communicate in a certain scenario. So the inverse search between nvim and okular (via nvr) works well if: you open an instance of a terminal (e.g., konsole) and then call nvim and open a file. It does not work if you right click on a file and then you pick open with Neovim. So I guess something is not well handled via the desktop file of Neovim or a bug in Plasma.
