Confirmed.
I am seeing this on Leap 42.3, Leap 15.0 Beta and Tumbleweed.
I am also seeing another issue which I might as well mention, in case it is
related.
My WiFi network SSID contains a space.
When configuring the network in Yast, I am unable to type in the SSID. I can
type as far as the space, but it will not accept that space. However, I can
click "scan networks" and then select the SSID from the scan results. This
also happens on Leap 42.3, Leap 15.0 and Tumbleweed.
If I use the passphrase directly, instead of the hex key, then the WiFi network
connects properly on all three systems.
