This is automated batch bugzilla cleanup.
The bug you reported was assigned against specific devel project that is not
assigned against any openSUSE release.
There was no activity for >2 years and as such we released 3 new distribution
releases.
Please if you still reproduce this issue on current openSUSE open a new ticket
against a specific openSUSE version rather than against the openSUSE.org
asignee (see the Product and Version fields in bugzilla).
