I will try to open bug on freedesktop.org, obviously it is not OpenSUSE only related bug. One new finding, I have tested the latest kernel of the day and also the latest build of Ubuntu 18.04 (2nd April 2018) and both have the same behaviour, - laptop lid is closed and its display disabled - OK. - all 3 external displays detected, enabled and working as separated screens, desktop extended to all of them. Just VGA display is able to use 800x600 at max (even it is 1920x1080 display). But it is not mirroring anymore. - Ubuntu 18.04 from 2nd April is able to detect the displays properly in Live mode, all 3 displays are working in full resolutions! But once system is installed to HDD, after reboot the display connected to VGA is at 800x600 (as in OpenSuse with the latest kernel of the day). Could it be related to something during boot process? GRUB? I have tried to change resolution of GRUB menu, but still the same issue. Any kernel option that is used/not used/different? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
