I've put my idea into home:mkoutny:branches:Base:System/systemd-presets-branding-openSUSE.
However, I realized it won't be enabled until `systemctl --user preset-all` is called. That raises question when (posttrans of systemd-presets-branding-openSUSE package, added user, after (first) login,...) and for what (local, remote) users should it be executed. This may be a more open question than it appeared at first...
This should be done (through %systemd_user_post/%systemd_user_preun) during package installation like it's done for any other services, no ?
