On Tumbleweed up-to-date.

Yast's Network-Settings crash in the Edit-Window of a device when the user
accepts a static IP without having given an address.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Yast's Network-Settings, select a device and go to "Edit".
2) Change the method for getting/assigning an IP-address to this
network-adapter from "DHCP" to "Static".
3) Leave the fields "IP-Address" and "Subnet-Mask" empty and accept with
-> The module crashes with a window saying
"Details: Noemtpy IP expected
Caller /usr/share/YaST2/modules/Host.rb:226:in `Update'"

Reproducible: always.
