What I tried so far:

Using a complete different Linux-Live-CD (c't desinfect/ubuntu based) the
keyboard and the touchpad is still dead.

Installing a fresh win 10 but without activation and without special lenovo
drivers, just "standard", still dead.

To activate the builtin keyboard, at least in BIOS, long pressing power button
helps sometimes.

I will try windows with lenovos driver

USB mouse and USB-keyboard work fine, but it is not very useful for a notebook.

You mentioned ACPI, there are some unusual messages here while booting with
ubuntu:

Maybe the device was just too cheap.

If no one else has this problem too, reduce the the priority. I am more and
more convinced that device was a bad choice.
