For a couple of weeks now, I have not been able to start kmail when
connected to the internet.
Whenever I try to start kmail with an active connection,
it only gets this far:

~> kmail
Pass a valid window to KWallet::Wallet::openWallet().
org.kde.pim.webengineviewer: It's not necessary to check database now
{and here it hangs forever}

So, this is what I did to work around this:

killall kmail
nmcli con down "Wired connection 1"
kmail&
sleep 2
nmcli con up "Wired connection 1"

The bug is _always_ reproducible on my system.

My system config:
opensuse Leap 42.3, up-to-date as of 2017-July-3rd
